McMullen is bilingual and reads, writes and speaks Spanish and English.  He has over 15 years of lending experience and is the CEO of 1^st City Savings in Santa Barbara, California.  Mr. McMullen resides in Mexico and California and has his FM-3 visa to legally live and work in Mexico as well as holds a California Real Estate Broker License and is a Notary Public.  Mr. McMullen has been on the cutting edge of technology to be able to approve loans faster and communicate effectively with clients around the globe. 

 

Mr. Victor M. Gallegos, a native of Sonora, Mexico has 8 years lending experience in Mexico and ran a branch office of a mortgage company with over 100 offices throughout Mexico.  He is bilingual (English and Spanish) and has studied in the US.  He has had first hand experience with lending procedures, forms and documents in Mexico.  Mr. Gallegos earned his degree in engineering and that has helped him to efficiently calculate the best loan options for his clients.
